Who are you?
You are a driven, technical, and commercial person with desire to succeed, you are customer-focused, solution- and result-oriented.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in software, electronics or another relevant field
- Hands-on mentality, good team player
- 2-4 years professional experiences in an international and multi-cultural setting
- Eager to dive into the world of wireless lighting control, IoT and Building Management systems (incl. sensors)
- Excited about and familiar with Software, Apps and modern communication technology
- Basic electrical knowledge and affinity with electronics
- Solution- and -application oriented acting
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Commercial and customer focused mindset
- Fluent In English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Your responsibilities:
- Support customers onsite and/or remotely when setting up a Smart Lighting installation; travelling throughout Europe up to ca. 40% of time
- Actively propose and drive improvements of the Smart Lighting product features, Smart Lighting App and Smart Lighting Web User Interface, all the way from the initial idea to detailed proposal, prototype testing, implementation, and communication
- Train Opple Salesforce, wholesalers, lighting specialist, installers & building facility managers on the possibilities of Smart Lighting and Building Management solutions
- Promote the Opple Smart Lighting solutions at Marketing activities, fairs, and customer events
- Work closely together with the Smart Lighting Product Manager
- First line of contact for clients related to Smart Lighting issues or problems
